In accordance with the provisions of Article VII, Section 1(b) of the Association's Bylaws, the Nominating Committee has submitted its recommendations of the Nominees to the Board of Directors.

There are two positions open for Resident Director. Nominees for Resident Directors for the Class of 2013, in alphabetical order are:

Tom Hindes, Micki McCormick, Diane McGarry, Ernie Taylor.

There is one position open for Non-Resident Director. Nominees for Non-Resident Director for the Class of 2013, in alphabetical order are:

Bob Layman, Wayne Kemmerer.

2010 STATEMENTS ARE IN THE MAIL

The 2010 Basic Residential Property Assessment is $740.00

The 2010 Special Bridge & Road Fund Assessment is $100.00.

All assessments are due January 1, 2010.

2009 Parking Committee FINAL Report

At the January 10, 2009, FIPOA Board Meeting, Mrs. McCormick and the Parking Committee submitted an in-depth report. Discussion and revisions were approved and Resolution #496R was passed at the May 9th meeting.
